If you have a strong motocross back it shouldn’t hurt from a lot of riding. But while you’re riding if your body’s framework is poor it will put a lot of stress on your vertebras and cause back problems. The older you get the worst this becomes. You’re not alone as many motocross riders have problems with their back from a lot of seat time.
